Three-Michelin-starred Norwegian dining on the Hawkesbury?

Three-Michelin-starred Oslo restaurant Maaemo will be opening up along the Hawkesbury river late this month, operating out of the Berowra Waters Inn. 

The special pop-up restaurant will only be operating on an ultra-exclusive basis for four days, with only 250 seats available. 

Oh, and getting there? 

The inn can only be reached by boat or seaplane.

While this ten course meal of nordic delicacies sounds tantalising, it looks like the restaurant is already completely booked out.
