Yesterday, we finally found out the number our government plans to shoot for in reducing national emissions: somewhere between 62% and 70%, with the hope of going beyond 70%.
Many have found the target unclear and unsatisfying. Warringah MP Zali Steggall said existing state and territory targets already amount to a reduction of 66% to 71%, so where is the upside?
